During this day of Meditation and Reflection we will slow down and give room to whatever wants to surface. Please note the language will be Dutch!
There will be two blocks of meditation, bodywork and some intuitive exercises. During lunch break (one hour) we will be silent, you can spend it listening to music, taking a walk outside, drawing, writing or whatever else feels good...
You are welcome for arrival, tea or coffee at 10.30
Please bring your own lunch! We end the day at 15.00
